What should I bring to my appointment?

Nothing really. We offer a robe for you to change into at the start of your service to get comfortable. Other than that, just prepare to be relaxed.

 

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving at least 15 minutes before your scheduled treatment time. As a courtesy to the next scheduled guest, your treatment will end on time regardless of the time it begins.

 

Is there free and nearby parking?

Yes, we are a storefront in a large shopping plaza with several ample parking spaces directly in front and around our Head Spa.

 

What kind of products will you use on my scalp and hair?

We exclusively use Milbon products which were originally developed in Japan inspired by Indian Ayurveda practices. Milbon, a premium hair care brand, has established safety standards for cosmetic raw materials and ingredients used in our products. Milbon products are color safe, cruelty free, paraben free, and ammonia free. 

The Scalp collection was created to effectively purify and replenish essential moisture and oil through professional and at-home care.

 

Can I receive a scalp treatment with hair extensions?

Those who have hair extensions can receive our services! It depends on certain situations so we ask that you let us know before making a reservation so we can learn more about the type and how long they’ve been in. Please note, because they take longer and require more care, hair extensions do require a special service.

 

Can pregnant ladies receive a scalp treatment?

Expectant mothers are absolutely welcome however we advise speaking with their physician first. Since most of your session is spent lying down on your back in a massage bed, it is not recommended for those who are more than 6 months pregnant.

Can I receive a scalp treatment if I am bald?

Yes! The benefits are all the same. We do have special tools and techniques for those who are bald or have short hair that will improve the overall scalp health and provide the same relaxing experience.

 

How soon after my color treatment or perming can I receive a scalp treatment?

It is recommended to wait at least 48 hours.
